In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, s2dio.kr establishes and discloses the following personal information processing policy to protect the personal information and rights of data subjects and to smoothly handle user complaints related to personal information.

Purpose of processing personal information

s2dio.kr processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be taken, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

+ Membership registration and management
Membership service use, identity verification, personal identification, prevention of member misuse and unauthorized use, confirmation of membership intention, record preservation for dispute resolution, complaint handling, delivery of notices, etc.
+ Provision of various services
We use this information for the purpose of providing services to users, including inquiries from each user.

Matters concerning provision of personal information to third parties
. s2dio.kr provides personal information to third parties only in cases that fall under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as consent from the data subject or special provisions of the law.
. s2dio.kr does not currently provide personal information to third parties.

+ Request to view personal information
In accordance with Article 35 (Access to Personal Information) of the Personal Information Protection Act, you may request access to your own personal information files held by s2dio.kr. However, in the cases below, access may be restricted pursuant to Article 35, Paragraph 4 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
. If access is prohibited or restricted by law.
. In cases where there is a risk of harming another person's life or body, or where there is a risk of unfairly infringing upon another person's property or other interests.
+ Request for correction or deletion of personal information
You may request correction or deletion of personal information files held by you in accordance with Article 36 (Correction or Deletion of Personal Information) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
However, if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws, you cannot request its deletion.
+ Suspension of personal information processing
You may request suspension of processing of personal information files held in accordance with Article 37 (Suspension of Processing of Personal Information, etc.) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
However, when requesting suspension of personal information processing, the request may be rejected pursuant to Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the same Act.

* s2dio.kr, in principle, destroys the relevant personal information without delay when the purpose of personal information processing has been achieved. However, this may not apply if the information must be preserved in accordance with other laws.

Measures to ensure personal information safety

s2dio.kr is taking the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure security in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
