s2dio.kr expects that the posts you post will be delivered to other users through the s2dio.kr service and enrich the lives of all of us. Posts refer to various contents or files consisting of symbols, letters, voices, sounds, pictures, photos, videos, links, etc. that you post on the s2dio.kr service for the purpose of being viewed by others or yourself.
s2dio.kr promises to carefully protect the content that expresses your thoughts and emotions. Naturally, you have the intellectual property rights, etc., for the posts you create and post.
Meanwhile, in order to legally provide the posts you have posted through the s2dio.kr service, you need the right to use the content (a license with no time limit or regional restrictions and without separate payment) for storage, reproduction, modification, public transmission, display, distribution, and creation of secondary works (limited to translation). By posting your posts, you grant s2dio.kr such rights, so you must possess the necessary rights.

There are some precautions regarding the use of s2dio.kr service.

s2dio.kr is doing its best to ensure that you can use s2dio.kr services freely and conveniently. However, in order for you to use the s2dio.kr service more safely and for your rights and those of others to be respected and protected on the s2dio.kr service, your help and cooperation are needed. Posts that may cause sexual shame or distorted sexual awareness in others, such as by depicting provocative and explicit sexual acts; posts that contain violent and provocative content that may cause cruelty or disgust in others; posts that deceive others, such as by impersonating someone other than themselves or making false claims; and posts that repeatedly use excessive profanity or vulgarity to cause strong disgust or discomfort may be restricted.
Posts published through abnormal use of the s2dio.kr service functions, such as through the use of automated means, or posts containing content that does not conform to the purpose of providing each individual s2dio.kr service, may also be restricted as they cause inconvenience to other users in using the normal s2dio.kr service and further hinder the smooth provision of s2dio.kr services.

If we must restrict use of the service, we will follow reasonable procedures.

s2dio.kr promises to carefully handle your content containing various information and opinions, but if the post you have posted violates related laws, these terms and conditions, post operation policy, terms and conditions of each individual service, operation policy, etc., we may inevitably make it private or delete it, or refuse to post it. However, this does not mean that s2dio.kr has an obligation to review all content.
In addition, if you do not comply with the relevant laws, these Terms and Conditions, account and posting operation policies, terms and conditions of each individual service, operation policies, etc., s2dio.kr may verify the details of your related actions and, based on the results of such verification, may request caution in using the s2dio.kr service or restrict the use of the s2dio.kr service, including temporarily or permanently suspending all or part of the service. We will notify you in the event of any service interruption or change.

s2dio.kr is doing its best to provide stable service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but in case of significant operational reasons such as maintenance, replacement or breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers and servers, or communication outage, all or part of the service may be suspended.
Meanwhile, s2dio.kr may modify, change, or terminate all or part of the service if there is a significant need for service operation or improvement. If all or part of the service provided free of charge is modified, changed, or terminated, no separate compensation will be provided unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.
In this case, s2dio.kr will notify you of this in advance if it is predictable, and if it is unpredictable, we will provide a detailed explanation and notification without delay. In addition, in the event of a service interruption, we will provide you with a reasonable and sufficient opportunity to back up your own content.
